My Experience as a Blogger

Maintaining consistency is key to keeping the audience to any blog. I just read a post on another blog about how to use  Sverve as a means of successful blogging and I was really surprised by how easy it seems.

I have been signed up for quite awhile but have NEVER used the service. BIG MISTAKE!

I now plan to be consistent on Sverve as I know that my success can be greatly increased by using their free service! I applied for two campaigns that if I am selected will actually pay me to blog. If I am not selected then I am still blogging because I love it.

Over the past year I have grown in leaps and bounds as have my blogs and I am excited to be doing this with all of you -my readers. Do any of you use Sverve? Has it helped you? Please leave your comments about how any of these “blogging” company’s have helped make you an even bigger success.

Fill in those tips, get endorsed, endorse others and treat your blog as a business that you also happen to love! My endorse button is both on the sidebar and included in this post. All you have to do is give it a click to let Sverve and its community know that my blog is being read and endorsed by my lovelies!

Where I Plan to Go!

I have recently announced that I will be doing paid reviews that give a little bit more for more time and energy than a normal review. This however, will not chance what my review actually is. If I dislike a product or book I will let you know regardless of payment. The nominal fee is for my time not for my opinion.

I also plan to keep my Goodreads account updated on a regular basis. I am only a couple of books away from reaching my goal of one book a week this year and I am excited about that. Setting goals and being a part of the the Goodreads challenge now two years in a row has been an awesome experience.

I have just recently started blogging with Virtual Blog Tours -The National Writing for Children and I am very excited to promote books made for kids and to be on the tour stop!

I can’t wait to see where 2014 brings me!

For Those of You Who Don’t Know Me…

I am a Christian mom and I have been eager to do the Bible in a year. That was my plan for this year and though I started strong and I am ending strong I missed the entire middle of the Bible. I once again plan to do the Bible in a year only this time I am going to be using a book to help keep me on track with suggested readings and reflective questions as well as an area for notes. Best of all the book is very thin and won’t take away from my Bible study it will keep me on track. I am looking for any other moms or women who would like to participate in this with me.

Matthew 18:19 – Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 18:20 – For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

So, let us gather together on our blogs and in group chats and read and learn and discuss and of course pray because the Lord Himself tells us that gathering in His name is what we need to do.

Comment often and don’t forget to make sure your blog link is right so I can come on over and visit your niche in the world.

  1. Never heard of Sverve will have to check it out.
Good luck with the challenge next year.

  2. I’m amazed at how much you achieve in each day of the year. You’re an inspiration.
On another note, a writing contact and I got together on the internet and wrote a series of four books. We worked well together and fast. I have a feeling our efforts were blessed and rewarded. A bishop even blessed our work. I wish you every success and continued strength.

  3. Just one more really good blog! Let me share a terrific tip regarding blogging: Checking for online ads at your local grocery store before you shop can help keep your grocery expenses down. You’ll get the best price this way on veggies, fruit and lean meats. Make a list of what stores offer the best prices on each item and make time to shop around.
